LateRooms and Super Break parent to restructure
LateRooms and Super Break parent Malvern Group is undergoing a restructure to ‘better align the business’.
Executive chairman Hugo Kimber confirmed there was a risk of redundancies as part of the changes in both its York and Manchester offices.
"This strategic change will see a number of roles placed into consultation with potential risk of redundancy," he said.
"This process completes in July and at this time our focus is on supporting our colleagues through this transition period. The operations of our brands Super Break and LateRooms.com will not be affected by this process, nor will the importance of the travel trade as a key partner."
Malvern bought LateRooms and Super Break from Cox & Kings in April 2016.
