EasyTravel.tech and Miki Travel launched Miki Travel’s platform, an itinerary builder tool designed for groups and ad hoc bookings.
Miki Travel is a long established B2B tour operator with a network of 32 offices in Europe and Asia.
Some of the key features of the platform are the Itinerary builder tool which supports Miki’s database of over 10,000 itineraries.
This allows agents to book tours in a fast and easy manner. It can also provide recommendations and business intelligence analytics.
It features a Bidding tool which ensures the best tour price is secured, and the travel companion APP includes live chat, with custom add ons, multi product and multi stop capability.
Olivier Moeschler, CEO of Miki Travel Asia, said “We are delighted with our new platform and the easyTravel.tech team were fantastic to work with.”
“They provided a depth of technical capability and a client centric approach. All this combined made the entire journey stress free, positive and most importantly, enabled us to take advantage of the significant sales opportunities.”
“Miki identified that Itinerary builder for family tours is one of the fastest growing segments in Asia and most companies manage this process manually, whereas Miki can deliver quotes immediately, with live availability.”
EasyTravel.tech offers travel solutions at an affordable level.
The platform is SAAS based and suitable for B2B, B2C and closed user B2C travel companies.
Key features are the itinerary builder, travel companion app, and B2B marketplace.
It comprises over 130 APIs, and in the coming months it will also be launching cruises online.
