Minor International wins control of Corbin & King restaurants
Minor International (MINT) announced it is the winning bidder for restaurant group Corbin & King Limited.
MINT is already the existing majority shareholder in the company, having held a 74% stake since 2017.
It is now acquiring 100% of the company’s assets and businesses.
Corbin and King operates a number of top London restaurants including;The Wolseley, Brasserie Zedel, Bellanger and Soutine.
Minor will continue’ the legacy of all restaurants’ and is looking to restart the development of three new sites in the UK.
Thailand based Minor International operates multiple restaurant brands as well as a large global hotel portfolio
Minor chief executive Dillip Rajakarier recently Corbin & King restaurant brands may be launched in overseas as markets such as Hong Kong and New York.
