MSC Cruises has themed a number of Mediterranean cruises with wine and shopping as the focus.

In November and December this year, MSC Splendida will embark on three seven-night cruises where passengers will have the chance to discover wine cellars in Italy, France, Spain and Tunisia.

In addition, a Master of Wine will be on board the cruises leaving Genoa on November 2 and 9 and December 14, 2014 to share knowledge and views during wine tastings and other activities.

Prices for the cruises starting at A$549 (NZ$769) per person, twin share.

From January 11, 2015, MSC Splendida will begin a series of three seven-night shopping-themed cruises focusing on the prime shopping streets and centres in Genoa, Marseille, Rome, Tunis and Barcelona.

Onboard activities are also planned through the creation of temporary stores showcasing designer labels along with shopping events and themed nights.

The themed shopping cruises leave Genoa on January 11, 18 and 25, 2015, priced from A$549 (NZ$769) per person, twin share.
