National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions unveils first-ever UK Fam trip
National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has announced first-ever fam trip for the UK trade.
The 10-day Showcase at Sea will take place in the Galápagos Islands from 28 November to 8 December 2025, and will be hosted by Danielle Bates, Head of UK Sales representing National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions co-brand.
Nine agencies, including Panache Cruises, Mundy Cruising, Latin Routes, Iglu and Fred. Olsen Travel, will join Bates on a 10-day Exploring Galapagos expedition cruise.
Aboard National Geographic Endeavour II, Fam trip guests will learn about Lindblad Expeditions’ destination product and enjoy adventures by kayak, paddleboard, glass-bottom boat and zodiac.
They will walk among wildlife such as sea lions and marine iguanas; snorkel with sea lions, turtles and abundant fish and observe the iconic giant Galápagos tortoises in the wild.
While the group will be staying onboard National Geographic Endeavour II, they will also have the chance to visit the brand’s entire Galápagos fleet, which doubled in size this year with the addition of National Geographic Delfina and National Geographic Gemini.
In all, the group will get to see four different ships with capacities of 16, 48 and 96 guests.
Bates said: “I truly believe we have a wonderful offering in this part of the world, and I’m thrilled to be sharing it with some key individuals from the UK travel industry.”
The 10-night fam trip includes round-trip air, two nights in Quito and the seven-night expedition on board National Geographic Endeavour II.
