New board chairman for travel management company

The former boss of Rentokil Initial has taken over as chairman of the parent company of travel management company ATP International Group.
James Wilde, ex-CEO of Rentokil Initial, has become chairman to the board of the TMC’s ultimate holding company, ATP Holdco.
Wilde is also chairman of Deb Group, Zenith Vehicle Contracts, deputy chairman of the NAAFI and a Non-Executive Director of AFI Holdings.
ATP, backed by private equity partner Barclays Private Equity, recently announced its purchase of Instone International, one of the world’s leading marine fares specialists.
The combined group will have worldwide revenues of more than €750 million with a branch network covering 19 countries in addition to a worldwide partner network.
ATP’s group chief executive Graham Ramsey said: “We are delighted that James is joining our team as we seek to build on our great year in 2009 and pursue our aggressive growth targets in 2010.”
