New group holidays specialist open to working with agents
A new travel brand specialising in self-catering group holidays has launched and is considering working with agents.
Pure Escapes has been founded by Robert Loch, who formally co-founded three web start-ups, including Soflow.com.
After that, he set up Internet People to run events for London internet businesses.
Loch’s new venture offers 20 self-catering properties and 80 holidays across France, Spain and Italy, including flights, transfers and accommodation, and allows people to book and pay individually.
He said the company is open to working with agents but will assess agency partners on an individual basis.
All properties are self-catering and can accommodate up to 24 people.
Guests can choose to be self-sufficient or Pure Escapes will arrange maid services, welcome packs, food delivery, babysitting, entertainment, catering, local activities and transportation as required.
Prices start from £449 per person for a seven-night break.
