New roles for Royal Caribbean bosses
Royal Caribbean Cruise Line has revamped its UK and Ireland senior management responsibilities.
The changes come following the announcement of the departure of EMEA chief Susan Hooper in September.
Robin Shaw becomes vice president and managing director while former UK and Ireland managing director Jo Rzymowska takes the role of associate vice president and general manager.
Shaw now has wider responsibilities for finance, HR, revenue management and guest experience reporting to Miami-based Michael Bayley, senior vice president, international.
Rzymowska continues to manage sales, marketing, trade and guest services and now has wider support to better optimise future growth in the market, according to the company. She continues to report to Shaw.
Bayley said: “The UK and Ireland market is one of the most dynamic cruise markets in the world.
“Robin and Jo are a proven team that has driven much of our company’s success in this market. We are tremendously pleased that both executives will be leading our company to even greater success as we expand globally.â€
