New XML API internet booking solution
The systen provides a stable multi-source flights gateway connected to traditional GDS suppliers and to more than 40 low cost carriers using structured data messages and standardizing data exchange with its application programming interface (API).
“Tuareg’s main objective is to facilitate the integration of multiple GDS, low cost airlines, and charter inventory and any other flight, rail or other travel content such as hotel, car, packages, tours and cruise content which can be sorted by price and displayed seamlessly allowing the travel entity to use their own user interface and business logic through the whole reservation process. Tuareg is already successfully implemented for travel agencies innumerous countries including the UK, Hungary and China” said CEO John Hazlewood.
“One of the unique features of Tuareg and our IBE technology is the ability to search multiple GDS’s and country specific SID’s simultaneously searching market rates in various countries and sorting by price. In addition our IBE technology provides combination low cost and published one way fares so an outbound flight could be low cost and the return a traditional carrier.
"This is very powerful as traditional airlines have changed their pricing structure to compete with low cost carriers and have abolished roundtrip fare structure in many markets and two one way fares are what make the new roundtrip pricing. Searching for one way fares on published and low cost carriers and providing the client a combination of the two is time consuming for an agent and not a service they would provide.”
A custom user interface can be built on top of Tuareg XML API allowing travel agencies to develop their own internet booking engines.
The company can offer a state of the art Internet Booking Engine possessing a number of advanced features.
Key Benefits of Tuareg XML API:
– A single, fast and secure point of access to rich flight content without any direct interference with third party systems
