New Zealanders warned to avoid OTA
New Zealand’s consumer watchdog has warned Kiwis not to book travel with online travel agency eDreams.
Consumer NZ said it has received a flood of complaints about unresponsive after-sales support and refunds from the company.
Consumer NZ recommends booking with a New Zealand-based travel agent or direct with airlines ‘to prevent travel nightmares.’
“If you can’t get help and support from your travel agent, it makes a bad situation even worse,” said Consumer NZ investigative writer Rebecca Styles.
