Newly renovated Anantara Veli Maldives Resort reopens in December
Anantara Veli Resort Maldives will officially reopen on December 1, following a comprehensive nine-month renovation project.
The adults-only resort will reveal new-look accommodation including the introduction of a new ‘Beach Pool Villa’ room category.
Restaurants and the spa have been redesigned in addition to the introduction of a new wellness concept allowing guests to book a Wellness Villa experience.
The resort is partnering with marocMaroc to offer authentic hammam treatments, as well as exclusive skincare brand 111Skin of Harley Street, London.
A new restaurant, Cumin, will showcase authentic Indian Ocean cuisine, and joins the fully renovated contemporary Japanese restaurant, Origami, and the oceanfront Dhoni Bar.
Vegetables served at all the island’s restaurants will be fresh from the new on-site hydroponic farm, the Maldives’ first vertical farm with organic, year-round harvests.
Located 20 minutes from Velana International Airport, Anantara Veli is one of the Maldives’ few adults-only resorts.
