Newmarket Holidays puts Edinburgh Tattoo tour on sale
Newmarket Holidays has launched newly updated Edinburgh Tattoo tour packages for 2024.
One of the highlights of Edinburgh’s festival season, the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is a landmark annual event.
It features massed pipes, drums, dancers, and military display teams on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle.
There is a new and improved itinerary from Newmarket Holidays for next year, inclusive of three nights’ bed and breakfast at a central Glasgow hotel.
It includes a reserved seat for the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo with upgraded tickets available.
The Edinburgh Tattoo tour also includes guided orientation tours of Glasgow and Edinburgh with an optional excursion to Loch Lomond.
Travel agents can book one of two versions of the package.
One is inclusive of flights from several London and regional UK airports including Southampton, Bristol, Birmingham and Belfast International.
Alternatively, a tour-only option is available for customers wanting to make their own way there.
Richard Forde, Newmarket Holidays’ Head of Retail Sales said: “The ‘Edinburgh Tattoo’ tour has been revised with customer feedback in mind.”
“The hotel’s positioning also ensures a shorter transfer time to/from the airport and The Royal Military Edinburgh Tattoo performance.”
