NexusTours agrees strategic partnership with Joyned
Destination management company NexusTours has inked a strategic partnership with Israeli start-up Joyned.
It will see the deployment of Joyned’s social booking technology across NexusTours’ online platforms.
The integration is set to enhance the travel experience for NexusTours customers in the Caribbean, Central America, and North America.
Joyned’s travel technology add-on, Joyned Booking, enables users to invite friends and family into a private on-site platform to arrange and book group travel.
Joyned says the feature results in higher conversion rates and an enhanced user experience for businesses utilising the Joyned Booking system.
NexusTours’ site offering has a choice of trips to 58 different destinations.
Rubén Gutiérrez, President of NexusTours, commented: “We’re eager to witness the continuing impact of this innovative group booking solution on our business.”
“So far, we have seen an impressive 20% increase in conversion rate.”
