NexusTours launches Travel Agent Portal for tour bookings
Leading destination management company NexusTours has rolled out Travel Agent Portal (TAP), a first of its kind sales tool for agents in North America and the Caribbean.
It offers a large inventory of transportation and more than 1,500 tours at discounted commissionable rates.
It is available in 15 countries and 47 tourist destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Central America where the brand operates.
It was fine-tuned during the summer of 2017, beginning operations in the American market and now plans to launch all products to Mexican agencies.
"Through TAP, we strive for effectively process and give added value to bookings and experiences for the clients of travel agencies with which we hold alliances. This poses great benefits both for the satisfaction of subscribers to NexusTours, and travelers acquiring these products," said Ruben Gutierrez, managing director of NexusTours.
The platform provides seamless online booking, instant commissions and purchase confirmation within 24 hours to its current network of 300 registerd agents.
NexusTours is targeting to reach up to 1,000 agents by the year-end.
The company offers comprehensive support to clients via a contact center, website, Chat-On-Line service, and its app Connect2Nexus.
NexusTours are official destination representative for major travel brands including Sunwing Vacations, Signature Vacations, Vacation Express and work with more than 500 major tour operators including TUI Travel Group.
