Nobu Hospitality to debut private island resort in the Maldives
Nobu Hospitality is coming to island nation the Maldives.
It will debut Nobu Hotel, Residences, and Restaurant Maldives on the private island of Munyafushi.
It is developed in partnership with Sarat International and marks Nobu’s first venture into the Maldives.
The resort will comprise 26 one- and two-bedroom beach villas and 30 one- and two-bedroom overwater villas.
Additionally, there will be 10 Nobu Island Estate Residences, each positioned on its own private island available for purchase.
Each Nobu Island Estate Residence will feature spacious pavilion-style living and dining areas plus private beachfronts with direct ocean access, and even its own private yacht
Residence owners are only moments away by boat from the hotel’s restaurants, spa and fitness facilities.
The main resort will house a signature Nobu restaurant on its own private island, complete with bar and lounge.
Additional amenities include a full-service spa, fitness facilities, a diving centre, tennis courts, event spaces, and a main swimming pool.
