Norse Atlantic appoints new CEO
Norse Atlantic ASA has appointed Eivind Roald as the Group’s new President and Chief Executive Officer.
He takes over with immediate effect, replacing founder and CEO Bjørn Tore Larsen.
Eivind Roald brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in aviation and technology.
His background includes Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at SAS, and CEO of QNTM Group.
He has extensive knowledge of the aviation industry playing a key role in the commercial turnaround of SAS.
In recent years, he has served as CEO of CRST Advisory, advising companies and senior executives in turnaround and commercial transformation through technology.
“Norse holds a unique position with a modern fleet, an attractive product, and a balanced business model,” Eivind Roald.said.
Bjørn Tore Larsen will take on the role of the chairman of the board of Norse Atlantic ASA.
