On the all-inclusive Norwegian Sky and Norwegian Sun, tips rise from $18.99 to $19.99 to $22.99 for suite guests.

Bookings made up to and including March 31 can lock in the current rate id pre-paid before the sail date.

The cruise line called it a ‘nominal adjustment’ to its daily service charges.

"Norwegian’s discretionary daily service charge makes it easy for guests to provide gratuities to the onboard staff dedicated to deliver superior guest service throughout the cruise," the line said

Other lines including Carnival Cruise Line have already announced price hikes for gratuities this year.
