Not Just Travel enjoys best sales day since start of Covid

Monday 25 January was Not Just Travel’s "busiest day I can ever remember" said Dave Pope, Partnership Manager.
A new sales record was achieved since Covid began, with sales up over 40% compared to last week’s record on Blue Monday.
Sales on 25 January were up over 300% compared to the same day in 2021 and 50% compared to the same day in 2020.
Not Just Travel also paid out its highest commission to its travel consultants since March 2019.
"We made a lot of people happy yesterday," said Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm The Travel Franchise.
"We pay out multiples of millions in commission each year but yesterday was exceptional."
Top selling destinations were the Maldives, US, Spain, Dubai and Greece.
Dave Pope added: "The government’s travel announcement on Monday is yet another confidence boost for travellers. We are entering a new era of travel where clients are relaxed, confident and ambitious."
One consultant, Gilly Bachelor secured over £50,000 in holiday bookings, earning over £5,000 in commission in a day.
