Online brochure site extends reach
Access to online brochures via affiliate websites is being made available to almost 1,200 agent members of the Travel Trust Association, Midconsort and Kwik Hols.
The three organisations have incorporated onlinetravelbrochures.com’s search engine into their IT systems and are featuring selected operators and brochures.
All details can be upgraded or amended at any time by the associations. To ensure the latest information and prices are always available, all new brochures are downloaded and supersede existing copies automatically through OTB’s main site.
To ensure consistency with corporate style the search engine retains the brand identity of the individual member’s website, OTB allows users to search by holiday category, destination or hotel without the need for downloads or additional software.
OTB managing director Paul Green said: “TTA, Midconsort and Kwik Hols are all acutely aware of the benefits of technology to travel agents and fully understand the advantage of creating a bespoke online system for their members
“The fact remains that any company that has their own website – whether a small independent or large multiple – can have the search engine incorporated into their web pages and can configure the entire system to their own individual set-up.”
