Online conference booking system set up
A booking engine providing hotels and meeting venues with a tool to sell their space online has been established.
Meetingsbooker.com has been set up by Ciaran Delaney, previously a senior manager at Tourism Ireland and marketing director of Citywest Hotel in Ireland.
The meeting room reservations software is set up on the venue’s own website and allows business clients to search/book suitable meeting rooms, to select IT and audio visual equipment, to choose tea and coffee break times and to select lunch and dinner menus.
Delany said: “Meeting rooms are a key revenue source for hotels, this system allows them to increase sales by providing their web savvy clients with a simple, user friendly and fast online reservations system.”
