Passenger numbers grow for Monarch
The number of passengers travelling on Monarch Scheduled in July increased by almost 50% compared with the same month last year, figures have shown.
The carrier said 282,726 flew with them last month, 46% more than July 2004. Load factors hit 80%.
Monarch also announced new services to Malaga from Aberdeen, Blackpool and Newquay, which will start this November, along with flights between Manchester and Menorca which will commence next March.
