P&O Cruises unveils 2017 programme

P&O Cruises will offer two full world cruises in 2017, offering a choice of east or west, both sailing from Southampton.

Echoing the trade routes of the British Empire, Aurora will sail a 104-night eastern circumnavigation, calling at 35 destinations in 21 countries and covering nearly 30,000 nautical miles.

Arcadia will offer a 114-night Polynesian and Asian Adventure, sailing west and calling at 37 destinations in 21 countries and covering more than 36,000 nautical miles.

Highlights of the Aurora cruise include overnight stays in Dubai, Singapore, Sydney and San Francisco, sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge, into Sydney Harbour and transiting both the Panama and Suez canals. She will also call at Semarang in Indonesia for the first time.

Arcadia’s highlights include overnight stays in San Francisco, Auckland, Sydndey, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as seeing the iconic attractions listed above.

Both cruises set sail in January 2017.

P&O will also offer a celebration cruise on Aurora to celebrate the company’s 180th anniversary,  fly cruises and Australasian journeys, a 50-night round trip from Southampton to the Caribbean, USA and Amazon, and Northern Lights cruises on Oriana in 2017.
