Quintana Roo rolls out agent portal
The Quintana Roo Tourism Promotion Council has launched a new multi-lingual travel agent portal.
It will serve as a one-stop resource for the Mexican Caribbean and help promote new procedures and protocols.
It comprises an e-learning interface for advisors to get certified as a specialist with interactive elements on its geography, beaches, natural parks, and lodging options.
"This platform will allow us to provide confidence to our visitors regarding the procedures and protocols that we have established to reduce the risk of contagion in the Mexican Caribbean," said general director of the CPTQ, Darío Flota Ocampo.
It is also for tour operators specializing in the region.
It is available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, and Dutch at https://www.caribemexicano.travel.
