Quintessentially moves into business travel market
Quintessentially Travel has moved into the corporate arena by acquiring CJL Total Travel Management.
The specialist luxury tour operator and travel agent arm of the Quintessentially Group, Quintessentially Travel amalgamates all facets of luxury travel, from tailor-made holidays and private jet charters, to VIP business trips, corporate incentives and unique experiences.
The acquisition of CJL, which has been in operation for 45 years, signals Quintessentially Travel Group’s expansion into corporate travel and an extension to its suite of services, now providing clients with an all-encompassing, travel management solution.
Quintessentially Travel Group global CEO Ian Neale said: "We are delighted to acquire such a prominent corporate travel business with a strong industry reputation for providing a fantastic service to their established client base.
"This new division will be added to our leisure business and there is a huge opportunity to benefit from each other’s strengths.
"We receive many requests from our Quintessentially membership and corporate clients to provide a comprehensive corporate travel service, so this will significantly enhance our offering in the market."
CJL Travel CEO Edward Leigh said: "It’s an incredibly exciting time to be part of such a successful global brand.
"This will provide us with a great opportunity to extend Quintessentially’s excellent services and added value benefits to our own corporate client base and together provide a powerful travel offering in the market. I am very much looking forward to being part of Quintessentially."
