Radisson signs first Collection Hotel in Asia Pacific
Radisson Hotel Group has signed a management deal for the first Radisson Collection hotel in Asia Pacific.
Scheduled for a 2023 opening, Imperial Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel will mark the restoration of an iconic property in Australia’s Blue Mountains which dates back to 1878.
It will undergo a full restoration to feature a collection of chalets, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, bar, gastro-pub and fitness centre.
A ballroom, outdoor terrace and marquee will offer options for events and weddings.
"The regional launch of the Radisson Collection, our newest brand, represents an important milestone in our Asia Pacific expansion strategy," said Katerina Giannouka, president, Asia Pacific, Radisson Hotel Group.
The hotel is accessible from downtown Sydney with a one hour and forty-five minutes’ drive via the Great Western Highway.
The new Radisson Collection brand focuses on ‘distinctive design and deep connections with their destinations’ whilst offering a curated selection of local insider activities.
