Radisson suffers data breach
Radisson Hotel Group has warned loyalty members of a data breach.
The company says it affected ‘a small percentage’ of Radisson Rewards account holders and any risk to personal information is low.
The hack, which was discovered on October 1, did not compromise any payment card or password information.
"Upon identifying this issue Radisson Rewards immediately revoked access to the unauthorized person(s). All impacted member accounts have been secured and flagged to monitor for any potential unauthorized behavior," a Radisson statement said.
Email notifications were sent out to members potentially affected by the breach, which it says was restricted to capturing names, addresses, email addresses, and Radisson Rewards member numbers.
"Radisson Rewards takes this incident very seriously and is conducting an ongoing extensive investigation."
