Thursday, 11 Dec, 2012 0

On the Beach is aiming to recruit 70 more employees in 2013 having moved to larger premises in Stockport from Manchester.

The online travel agent says new team members will be assigned to sales and service departments to deal with increased bookings and maintain good customer service.

On the Beach will also be investing in its marketing and IT departments.

After a buoyant year for bookings, On the Beach hopes to increase the number of customers from 750,000 holidaymakers to one million during 2013.

Alistair Daly, marketing director, said: "On the Beach is growing rapidly every year and we are proud to be in the strong position of hiring more staff, particularly at this difficult time for the economy where job security is not always certain."
