Role overview:

The Regional Business/MIS Analyst is to provide analytical consultation on financial, MIS and travel reporting for all markets. 

Accountabilities:

In depth analysis and interpretation of benchmarking results, recommendations based on these results and customer trends.

Analysis and trending of data and communication results to all parties.

Development of useful reporting and information for the business as well as processes for generating reports ensuring quality and the credibility of the data.

Accurate reporting of metrics, new reports, research data problems and provide recommendations or solutions. 

Summarize data for presentations, updates, financial tracking of savings and opportunities for savings.

Work proactively to identify problems and spot trends through the collection of data

Liaise with third party vendor(s) in development of reports.

Participation in initiatives/projects as needed and ad hoc requests

Report requirement scope preparation / documentation

Required Qualifications

24 years of business and financial analysis experience

Strong analytical skills in gathering systems, reporting and customer requirements

Excellent knowledge of travel industry and related processes, highly preferred. 

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work with a sense of urgency.

Self-motivated and focused on achieving results.

Ability to work independently and within team environment.

Strong planning, organizational, and detail skills.

Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Comfortable in working in a changing environment with ability to remain flexible, positive and productive as priorities may shift quickly.

Ability to develop databases and tracking tools.

Attention to detail and high quality work.

Advanced Excel skills
