Our client is one of the leading travel organisations in the world, employing over 7,000 staff in 300 offices around the world. The Job Provide strategic leadership to build and drive product development and manage product portfolio to develop a competitive and high quality product suitable for diverse needs of local and global customers/markets. Formulate strategic product plans for the company and ensure accurate and timely execution of the plans in achieving company’s financial objectives. Provide innovative, strategic and general management to develop and build a successful outbound presence in Hong Kong and China. Manage good relationship with key contractors/suppliers and responsible for contract negotiation for quality services/goods and to obtain best available rates. Quality control over the services/goods provided by the contractors/suppliers. Responsible for staff training, supervising daily operation and manpower control operation of the department. Improve the operational and administrational procedures of the department in maximize resources and to minimize cost. Enhance system integration of the department. Require to lead, manage and motivate a team of staff in achieving the company’s objectives. Ability to provide strong leadership and supervise the teams to ensure appropriate and efficient execution of corporate strategy. The Person 5-8 years experience in the travel industry Must have worked in Asia English, Cantonese and Mandarin a must |
