Ritz Carlton pushes back cruise launch
Ritz Carlton’s much vaunted cruising debut has been pushed back several months to early 2020.
Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection was slated to launch in November 2019 but will now launch in February 2020.
The first of three vessels arrives in late 2019 and measures 620 feet, with a maximum capacity of 298 passengers at double occupancy.
Sailings will last from 7-10 days and kick off with an inaugural Caribbean cruise.
Cruises will stay in the region until the end of March and then switch for several month to the Mediterranean following a repositioning sailing from Barbados to Lisbon.
Northern Europe itineraries include Copenhagen, Stockholm, Edinburgh and Reykjavik before crossing the Atlantic once again.
It will also operate a few Canada and New England sailings before heading back to the Caribbean in October 2020.
