Riviera Travel adds river cruise land tour extensions
Riviera Travel is offering extended land stays for select 2024 river cruises.
It will offer a three-night extension on four river cruise itineraries next year.
The itineraries, are now on sale and were introduced last year.
They are offered again following positive demand and feedback from guests.
They include the Burgundy, River Rhône and Provence River Cruise with Lake Geneva and Golden Pass Extension
It comprises three nights in a centrally-located hotel in either Lausanne or Montreux.
The extension includes four additional visits and tours to Chillon Castle, a Lake Geneva cruise, a climb to Glacier 3000 and the Golden Pass train ride.
It is available from April to October.
It also includes a Douro, Porto and Salamanca River Cruise with Lisbon Extension.
The extension includes a guided tour of Lisbon and the Monastery of Jeronimos; visits to Sintra and Fatima; and a tour of Coimbra University.
All the river cruises are full board with welcome cocktails and a Captain’s Dinner.
