Round-up of last-minute wintersports offers

  • Neilson has some selected discounts throughout January and February, including up to £244pp off a seven-night package to Sauze d’Oulx in Italy during half-term. The package costs from £785pp for flights from Manchester, transfers and half-board accommodation in the four-star Hotel La Torre.Discounts are also available on last minute packages throughout January and the operator has two-for-one deals on lift passes and ski equipment.
  • Ski Safari has knocked £125pp off self-catering packages to family friendly Geilo in Norway, which now cost from £489pp departing on January 26. Accommodation is at the slopeside four-star 2-bedroom Havsdalsgrenda Apartments. The price is based on five sharing and includes flights and transfers.
  • Skiweekends is offering 50% savings on lift passes in France’s Three Valleys to the first 200 clients who book weekend breaks. The offer represents a saving of £66 per person. Weekend break packages start at £249 per person, travelling to Brides Les Bains by coach with three ski days and two nights at the Club Hotel Verseau.
  • Also available from Skiweekends is a half-term offer of free places for up to three children (under 12) when sharing with two adults in a family room in the French resort of Morzine. Travelling on a coach to the French resort on the February 16, the offer means a family of five is able to travel for £1,218 rather than the full price of £3,045. The deal includes half-board accommodation at the Chalet Club Gourmets.
  • French self-catering specialist Pierre & Vacances has reduced the price of a one-bedroom apartment in Belle Plagne, part of the enormous Paradiski area, by £165 to £545 for seven nights, starting on January 19. The 3* Residence Les Gemeaux has been recently renovated.
  • The Residence Electra in Avoriaz is a recent addition to the Pierre & Vacances portfolio and the price has recently been reduced by £245 to £699 for seven nights, starting on January 27.
