Royal Caribbean rolls out new reservation system
Royal Caribbean is carrying out sales and training intiatives to help agents get up to speed with its new reservation system.
Staff from Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises are holding face-to-face and virtual training to show agents the company’s new, improved system, which it says is faster, easier and more flexible.
In addition, a new module and vodcast on the changes will be made available on the award-winning e-learning programme, Cruising for Excellence online.
The new course will contain everything agents need to know about making a booking and the enhancements that have been made.
Nicki Tempest-Mitchell, head of trade sales, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises, said: "The huge investment we’ve made is exciting news for all travel agents.
"Providing agents with the best tools to ensure that they can sell with confidence and ease has always been extremely important to us.
"With these improvements, agents will have the peace of mind that they are providing customers with the absolute best value possible."
