Royal Caribbean to host kickboxing cruise
For people who get a kick out of cruising, the ultimate sailing departs Bayonne, NJ this summer.
Hoboken, N.J based CKO Kickboxing is hosting the first ever dedicated kickboxing cruise aboard a Royal Caribbean ship in August.
The five-night Bermuda cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Liberty of the Seas offers a different take on the average cruise vacation – with daily kickboxing, fitness and nutrition classes.
In addition the ship features a full-sized basketball and fitness court, rock climbing wall, ice-skating rink and sports pool.
"Most people go on a typical vacation and they don’t exercise. They come back feeling heavy and bloated. With ‘CKO at Sea,’ they’ll work out in the fresh air with first-class instructors so they’ll come back home feeling fit and refreshed," says Joseph Andreula, founder and president of CKO Kickboxing, which is one of the nation’s fastest growing fitness franchises.
"Our members can enjoy a great time with their friends and families and meet new people who share similar interests. They can enjoy five days full of fun and fitness."
The cruise sets sail from Bayonne cruise port on August 22 and includes an overnight in King’s Wharf, Bermuda.
