Sabre joins Prince Harry’s Travalyst coalition

Travel tech distribution firm Sabre has joined Prince Harry’s not-for-profit Travalyst.
Sabre is also joined by Mastercard as newest members of the coalition.
They join other leading travel and tech brands in the Travalyst coalition including Amadeus, Booking.com, Expedia, Google, Skyscanner, Travelport, Trip.com, Tripadvisor and Visa.
The group aims to highlight sustainability options to help people make more mindful travel choices.
Sabre says it is committed to helping end-users make informed, sustainable travel decisions.
Mastercard is focused on partnering across the public, private and social sectors to drive new solutions that combat climate change.
Brad West, Head of Partnerships, Travalyst said, “The addition of Mastercard and Sabre aligns with our partnerships strategy and adds further scale to our mission.”
Kristin Hays, Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer, Sabre said, “We’re committed to taking on the biggest opportunities and solving the most complex challenges in travel.”
The Travalyst mission is to deliver consistent and credible sustainability information that people can use to make better travel choices.
The same flight emissions estimates are now available across the majority of Travalyst’s partner platforms.
