SalamAir adding India route as Chennai flights announced
Oman low-cost carrier SalamAir is adding new India flights to Chennai, starting July 11, 2024.
SalamAir will operate twice weekly to Chennai from Muscat.
The new India flights join recently launched destinations Delhi, Cairo, Islamabad, and Lahore.
‘We are thrilled to introduce our new service to Chennai, a significant milestone that enhances the connectivity of the South Indian community in Oman,” said Harish Kutty, Director of Revenue and Network Planning for SalamAir.
“It’s a significant step to increase connectivity not only between India and Muscat but also throughout the region.”
The Chennai flights will run every Thursday and Saturday.
