Scenic Group boosts sales and commercial teams
Scenic Group UK has announced a number of key appointments.
Joseph Grimley, currently head of sales at Riviera Travel joins as director of trade sales across the group portfolio of Scenic River Cruise, Scenic Eclipse, Scenic Land Tours and Emerald Waterways River and Ocean Cruises.
He will have full responsibility for leading a sales team of 10 supporting Scenic Group UK’s agency sales and key agency partners.
Dawn Quinn, current head of trade sales for Scenic Group UK, is taking a sabbatical for 12 months for family reasons, although she will continue to work on a number of key projects.
Nicky Yates joins from Attraction World as northern agency sales manager, while Steven Morrow joins from UK online car buying and selling platform Regit as digital marketing manager.
Martin Solly has become brand manager for Scenic Eclipse and, following the promotion of Rachael Shaw to Scenic Group global head of yield and revenue management, the UK business has also strengthened its commercial team with a string of new hires.
Chris Matthews has joined as commercial manager, while Kerry Weldon and Mohammad Patel have joined as commercial analysts.
