ABTA and Advantage member McCarthy Travel has collapsed.
The Bathgate-based company also traded as Bill McCarthy Travel, DMC Holidays Direct and www.in2sun.com.
The company had licensable turnover and any ATOL claims will be handled by the Civil Aviation Authority.
Any retail claims arising from the failure will be handled by ABTA’sclaims handling partner CEGA.
“If any principals dealt with this company on the CAPS payment system they should contact Advantage Travel Centres.” ABTA said.
