Seabourn to sail first Africa cruise circumnavigation
Luxury cruise line Seabourn will next year offer its first-ever Africa cruise circumnavigation of the continent.
Departing November 30, 2024, Seabourn Sojourn will sail around Africa on a voyage of more than 17,000 miles.
Spanning 90 days, the Africa cruise roundtrip from Barcelona visits 26 countries.
It calls at 44 ports, with six overnight stays on the itinerary.
It is now open for sale .
Highlights include Alexandria, Cairo, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem; the Seychelles, Kenya, Madagascar and Zanzibar.
“Our new Grand Africa Voyage is the result of our commitment to offering unforgettable ‘Seabourn Moments’ in unique destinations,” said Natalya Leahy, Seabourn president.
Guests can partake in safari trips, hikes, scuba diving, snorkeling and various cultural experiences.
Several optional multi-day Seabourn Journeys will be available at various destinations, offering in-depth excursion such as a gorilla sanctuary and a visit to Victoria Falls.
