Shangri-La rolls out updated loyalty app with bonus points offer
Luxury resort group Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has unveiled an enhanced loyalty programme mobile app with a special points promotion to mark the roll out.
Available for iPhone and Android, the updated Golden Circle app offers members fast and seamless mobile booking, Check-in/Check-out, loyalty account management and the ability to redeem rewards for stays at the Shangri-La, Kerry Hotels, Hotel Jen and Traders Hotels brands.
Triple Golden Circle points are up for grabs for customers who book via the Shangri-La App and use Mobile Check-In/Check-Out.
Double GC award points are offered for each Golden Circle booking made via the Shangri-La App.
The promotional period runs through April 30.
Other features of the app upgrade include destination information with live maps, availability of special corporate rates and a click-to-call function to speak directly with a Shangri-La hotel’s local reservation agent.
