Shangri-La Singapore opens new Buds kids play space
Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore has opened its all-new interactive kids play space Buds.
Located at the newly rejuvenated Tower Wing, the indoor and outdoor play space spans more than 2,000 square metres with a number of specially curated installations.
It encompasses four main themes – embracing nature, adventure, camaraderie and independence with a music studio for young performers, a fully equipped cooking classroom for children and their parents and a party room for celebrations.
Under four years old have access to a specially designed Toddler Zone while parents can relax at the adjacent Recharge café.
Outdoor kids’ amenities include a large pirate ship with a water play zone.
To support the hotel’s luxury family experience commitment, it has themed family suites and deluxe family rooms.
The suites have thematic styles ranging from safari, treetop, castle, underwater and space and measure a generous 72 square metres.
A unique feature is the connecting tunnel between the children’s bedroom and the parents sleeping area.
It also boasts a dedicated family concierge service.
