Silversea improves website for corporate and incentive market
Silversea Cruises has upgraded its website, www.silversea.com, to better serve the needs of corporate and incentive travel clients.
By clicking on a dedicated Incentive Group and Charter Programme section, bookers can now download an e-brochure in five languages.
Additionally, a new online events calendar makes it easier to meet in person with one of the cruise line’s charter and incentive team members.
The calendar features over 30 meeting and incentive-travel conferences and events where a Silversea team representative will be attending.
A section has also been added with photographs, profiles and contact information for the company’s global charter and incentive sales team.
“Our corporate and incentive business is already setting revenue records this year,” said Sean Mahoney, Silversea’s vice president of Worldwide Charter and Incentive Sales.
“By making these new online tools available, we’re taking steps to enhance our level of service and further strengthen our relationship with incentive-travel professionals and meeting planners throughout the world.”
