Six Senses signs third Thailand resort
Six Senses signed a management agreement to launch its third property in Thailand.
The company will operate the 60-room Six Senses Forestias in the Bangna district of Bangkok after sealing a deal with property developer Magnolia Quality Development.
Part of the Forestias green development, it will also have 36 residences and the first Six Senses membership club in Asia.
The Forestias development features comprehensive open green spaces and woodland.
Six Senses also operates the Six Senses Samui and Six Senses Yao Noi in Phang Nga, among a total of 13 hotel properties in Asia Pacific.
"At Sis Senses Forestias, our guests and residential owners will enjoy a tranquil haven in easy reach from Bangkok’s multitude of cultural and leisure attractions," said CEO Neil Jacobs.
The firm is on track to triple its portfolio in the next five years with a large development pipeline.
It recently announced five resorts in Bhutan, and has signed deals for resorts in China, Cambodia, Indonesia and India, among others.
