Sofitel Krabi and sea shell massages

Sofitel Phokeethra Krabi Resort & Spa has launched an enticing spa package to celebrate the opening of its new Le Spa health and wellness complex.

Perfect for couples on a romantic getaway or honeymooners, the LeSpa ‘Signature Treatment Package’ is priced at 7,250 baht (AUD$275) a night double occupancy (deluxe room) with breakfast and a one hour ‘LeSpa Original’ Relaxing Massage with cool and warm seashells for two people. This signature massage rhythmically combines a gentle sequence of lomi lomi techniques and stretching techniques.  The cool and warm seashells, used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, are swept over and applied to the body to melt away tension.

LeSpa, with eight new beautifully appointed double spa treatment rooms for couples and four single rooms all with private soaking tubes, offers a specialized Lancôme beauty studio and a VIP treatment suite with the latest European spa technology.

Apart from presenting an extensive range of luxurious Decleor and Lancôme and beauty treatments, LeSpa will also feature a team of highly trained therapists and the highest levels of service and professionalism.

The 276-room low-rise seaside resort features attractive colonial architecture overlooking the Andaman Sea and with tropical rainforest in nearby hills. Sofitel Krabi has one of the largest lagoon style swimming pools in the province covering over 7,000 metres, plus an extensive water sport and dive centre in front of the resort.

Krabi’s romantic allure will make the resort a honeymoon paradise for newlyweds. The hotel’s charming open air Wedding Pavilion extends into the swimming with a dramatic backdrop of sunset over the Andaman Sea behind it. The hotel has seven Honeymoon Suites (103sqm) in a semi-private wing, each room with its own entrance and step down direct access into the pool.

The food and wine experience is also an essential part of a stay at Sofitel Phokeethra Krabi, and the hotels offers five restaurants and three bars serving an innovative range of drinks and cuisine.

For bookings: tel 66 (0)75 627 800; email: [email protected] or [email protected] before the deal ends on 30 June.
