Stansted Express disruption
Passengers travelling between Stansted Airport and central London suffered disruption today due to a signal failure, which hit the Stansted Express and Greater Anglia services.
The fault was reportedly between Hackney Downs and Bethnal Green in north London.
The fault has been rectified and Greater Anglia said train services running through these stations were returning to normal but some services may still be cancelledm delayed by up to 40 minutes or revised.
The disruption is expected to continue until 11:00 am.
The problems are affecting the Stansted Express services in both directions between Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport.
