Stay at Richard Branson’s Verbier chalet
Sir Richard Branson’s ski chalet, The Lodge in Verbier, Switzerland, will be opening its doors ‘hotel style’ on selected dates for winter 2018.
The nine-bedroom chalet is usually hired exclusively throughout the winter, but occasional ‘hotel weeks’ allow guests and smaller groups to book on an individual basis.
The Lodge can be booked hotel style from January 14 for seven nights; March 7 for four nights and – newly added – March 18 for eight nights.
Prices start at CHF2,250 (£1,706) per night, per room, based on two adults sharing. The price includes breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea and dinner; all drinks and a team of 15 staff.
The Lodge has an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, spa, a steam room, a party room, two bars and a chef.
The hotel can organise heli-skiing trips, paragliding or snowshoeing.
The Lodge can be booked through Virgin Limited Edition.
