Steven Freudmann resigns ABTA roles
Steven Freudmann has resigned from ABTA’s board and also stepped down as chairman of the membership and code of conduct committee.
Freudmann, a former ABTA president, said: “Because of the uncertainty and publicity surrounding the recent failure of Unpackaged Holidays Ltd, I have decided to step down in the interests of ABTA.
“I am very keen that these events do not create a distraction for ABTA and its members.â€
ABTA president Justin Fleming said: “We are extremely grateful for all that Steven has done for ABTA over many years.
“We regret that this situation has arisen, and have accepted his resignation.â€
