Strike to hit Greece flights tomorrow
Flights to and from Greece are likely to be disrupted tomorrow when the country’s air traffic controllers walk out.
The UK Foreign Office is warning that the four-hour strike, starting at 11am, will hit all international and domestic flights.
In an update to its Greece travel advice it said people should contact their airline or travel company for more information about the status of their flights.
The strike by Greece’s two biggest public and private labour unions GSEE and ADEDY will also affect public transport and other public services tomorrow.
A 48-hour strike by seamen, which started today, has already disrupted ferry services in Greece.
