Talks set for Thomas Cook and cabin crew
The date for talks over Thomas Cook cabin crew redundancies has been set for Wednesday, November 2.
The talks, which are likely to be held in Manchester, follow members of cabin crew union, Unite, voting overwhelmingly in favour of industrial action.
Thomas Cook had announced plans to make nearly 500 cabin crew redundant.
Unite regional officer, Mick Whitley said: “The company and Unite are due to meet next Wednesday for what we hope will be meaningful consultations.”
