TheChairmansClub® launched at Bathurst 1000 weekend

Australia’s newest top end and exclusive corporate hospitality provider, TheChairmansClub® was launched at the classic Bathurst 1000 over the weekend, with the aim of taking Australian and international corporate hospitality offerings to new heights.

Mike Hays, Managing Director of TheChairmansClub® said. ”We believe that much of the Australian and international corporate hospitality offering has become rather tired, providing a poor ROI to corporates footing the bill and with little to differentiate one offering from another.”

TheChairmansClub® also believes that corporates paying very often huge bills deserve much better ROI and rather than just shelling out money for masses of people frequently not in a decision making position to go to an event with the host often quickly forgotten, that funds are better invested in a superb and unique experience for serious decision makers in smaller numbers, which will drive resulting relationships and business”.

He added, “Unique experiences are core to TheChairmansClub® business with our offerings including, custom organised classic sleeper train journeys to major events in Australia and elsewhere, including several of the V8Supercar series, but also to other major sporting events, including tennis, golf, cricket and of course rugby”.

TheChairmansClub®  also offers private Australia, New Zealand and further afield business class jet aircraft charters or exclusive business and first class seats scheduled flight opportunities to Australian and New Zealand events including the above and international events including the Hong Kong Sevens, the Dubai Sevens, the Six Nations Finals in Europe, Rugby World Cup 2007, the Bahrain V8 Supercar Round, Wimbledon and a range of others too numerous to mention”.

“Our very top end corporate hospitality, provides exclusive facilities, ensuring the very best hotels, the very best food and the opportunity for serious networking and relationship building, which few corporate hospitality offerings provide”.

“This weekend’s soft launch of TheChairmansClub® was a very small example of the type of facilities offered by TheChairmansClub®, through providing VIP luxury facilities, including shuttles from hotels and accommodation in Bathurst, right into the trackside area, into the paddock, alongside the pits, delivering VIP guests of the event organisers AVESCO, Ford Australia and Bathurst City Council, with luxury vehicles provided by Ford taking clients right to the door or steps of their corporate hospitality facility, avoiding all the hassle and the crowds.

TheChairmansClub® was the only company offering this facility – [pictured above and below – two of Ford’s luxury Fairlane Ghia’s and Territory Ghia’s providing the exclusive trackside shuttles.]

TheChairmansClub® also announced over the weekend that it has already secured a firm booking for guests to attend the 2007 Bathurst 1000, travelling on a luxury classic sleeper train from Sydney to Bathurst with entertainment, top quality foods and wines and accommodation provided on the train, top level corporate hospitality at the track, on demand shuttles to and from the track and well known personality hosts including to be confirmed, internationally renowned sportsman and sports media personality Justin Sampson and others.

Mike Hays said, “This is just an example of the very highest quality unique experience product we offer and whether it be a boat, train or plane, we provide superb and unique experiences wherever clients wish to take their guests to whatever event, anywhere in the world”.

With offices in Singapore, Sydney and Bathurst, further information on TheChairmansClub® can be obtained from Mike Hays on 0407 919 802 or 02 6332 2805 or by email to [email protected] or [email protected]

TheChairmansClub® website www.thechairmansclub.com.au will be up and running very shortly.
